David Curbelo Pérez is the Program Leader for Legal Studies at Universidad Europea de Canarias. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, and Economics, and he complemented his studies with a Master’s in International Commercial Law from the University of Liverpool. With over 20 years of experience as a business consultant and university lecturer, he has spent the last six years living in the United Kingdom, specialising in Sustainability. A regular collaborator with EFRAG, DIRSE, ASCOM, and the Spanish Local Network of the UN Global Compact, he is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Registry of Lecturers and Researchers of the General Council of Economists of Spain.
