Pablo Martín Carbajal has a degree in economics and has been working in the field of international relations for more than 25 years. His fields of work have been foreign trade, investment attraction, institutional relations for internationalization and international cooperation. With extensive experience in the African markets close to the Canary Islands, he was general director of relations with Africa for the Government of the Canary Islands for 12 years. He is currently serving his second term as CEO of Proexca, the public company for the internationalization of the Canary Islands Government, where he has accumulated 9 years of experience working for the internationalization of the archipelago’s economy. Pablo speaks English and French and has worked and lived in France, Belgium, Armenia and Georgia.
