Maite Salazar holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Laguna and has further specialized in Social and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Her extensive education is complemented by leadership programs from prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School and ESADE Business School.

Professionally, Maite has a rich history at the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, advancing from HR Technician to her current role as Head of the Department of People, Organization, and Quality Systems.

She has significantly contributed to academic and professional training in HR, delivering courses and conducting research that addresses key organizational challenges.
