She worked for 15 years at PwC in the Audit Department and later Governance, Risk and Compliance (consulting), both in Spain and the United Kingdom. In the tourism sector, she has directed several strategic projects related to Sustainability (understood from its social, economic and environmental dimension), and carbon footprint measurement.
She has extensive experience as a trainer in subjects directly related to her experience and in managerial and professional skills, among which the following stand out: Disney Methodology (certified by the Disney Institute of Orlando) to promote other leadership models, quality service or team engagement. ; or new models based on Organizational Wellbeing (Certified by Inuit Place).
Sonia, Graduate in Economic Sciences from the University of La Laguna, is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology by Strategic Play; Gamification Design and Prototyping by Inuit Place; and Gamification and Story Telling by the UNED Foundation. She is a certified member of the We Connect International (Woman Owned Business) network and the International Forum of Visual Practitioners network.
